I had an amazing experience with Uma Eye Clinic. I came in a short vacation from abroad and wanted to undergo Smile Pro in TamilNadu. So I did an extensive online research on the hospitals that provide Smile Pro. After seeing their unanimous positive reviews, I contact their team through Instagram and got a satisfying response from their team regarding the procedure and time it'd take for recovery and so on. They promptly and patiently answered fo all my queries.

Pre Op: I visited their clinic for first time, I was asked to undergo several scans to check whether I'm eligible to undergo Smile Pro. Following the scans, I got to meet Dr. Aadithreya Varman for consulting where he went through my scan reports and check my eyes. His words gave me the assurance to proceed forward.Day 1: I undergone the surgery in the following day which barely took 10-15 mins for the whole preparation and surgery.

After the surgery my eyes were very sensitive to light which is an expected outcome. I was asked to wear a black glasses provided by them for a day.

Then I was asked to read the letters. Which were better than before but not sharp yet. After that I was again called for consultation post operation to the Dr. He checked my eyes and assured me that my eyes were looking good. And adviced me to go to the councellor where he advised me on the sequence of drops/medication to be followed post surgery.

I followed the drops as per prescribed on the day 1.

Day -2: After I woke up it was a bit blurry from how my eyes were last night. After some time it got better. I followed the drops as per prescribed.

Day -3 : Usually Dr will advise to visit after 2 weeks. As my hometown is far and I have to travel only for the checkup, Dr advised me to come for checkup after 2 days. I went to have a checkup after 2days. They did some scanning and asked me to read which i was able to. Then I visited Dr, he told me that everything looks fine and I am good to go. Just reminded my to strictly follow the drops and gave me their helpline number to contact them if I want to clarify anything.

So far I had amazing experience with the staffs and Dr in Uma Eye Clinic and would highly recommend them.

I underwent SMILE PRO surgery with Doctor Aadithreya Varman on July 20, 2024, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The staff at Uma Eye Clinic were professional and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout.

One week prior to surgery I went through the pre tests and it was a smooth process.

And from Monday i resumed my routine work as well.

This is Malar. My eye power was -7 in both eyes. I have had this problem since my childhood. The eye power was increased slowly from -1 to -7. I had cylindrical power also. And I hate wearing specs. On my first visit, I just wanted to get a feel of clinic and doctor since I was not sure about the quality of treatment , I was having a mixed feeling before my visit.

To be honest, I was really impressed with the hospitality of each and every staff in the clinic, I didn't wait much to see Dr.Arulmozhi varman, he explained me the various treatments available and why smile is best, I was so happy with my first visit.

What a miracle he did, I was able see perfectly without 👓. I didn't face even a single problem luckily.

Now after 3 months of stability in my eye sight, I am writing this review.

They started with basic tests and later done some scans. After all tests finally they sending us to Dr. Aadhithreya Varman. Doctor is patient friendly. His consulting way is really humble and more responsible.

He explain us in detail about our treatment plan and options and he clarity our doubts. Finally we done Smile PRO treatment. Smile pro is most advanced and very short time than smile surgery.

It's take hardly 15 mins for complete procedure to enter and out from surgery room. SMILE PRO is short and simple.

I have been wearing glasses and contact lens for the past 20 years and finally decided to get my Lasik done. After a lot of research about the best places for Smile, I finally consulted Uma eye clinic for the same and they did a couple of scans after which I went in for Smile Extra as I was only eligible for that. Dr Arulmozhi Varman explained in detail as to why I was eligible only for this and this helped me get a clear understanding of what was going on with my eyes.
